Built around professionally managed rentals.
Coverage is strongest where property managers publish their own listings. Rentals listed only on consumer portals are excluded.
Check the fit before integrating.
- US inventory. Ask us about other countries.
- Rooms in shared homes are rare: they appear only where a manager lists one, typed as a room, and can be left out of any feed. Sublets are not a separate type.
- Some large communities are under-represented at unit level.
- Descriptions, amenities and other fields vary by source.

Where the inventory comes from
Property-management software, community leasing sites and owner websites. Consumer portals are excluded.
Weekly refresh and verification dates
We check sources on a weekly cycle. These counts include only listings successfully verified within the seven-day measurement window.
How coverage is measured
Counts use listings eligible for the Display Feed, grouped by the state and city in their addresses. 0 records without a recognised state are included in the national total only. Figures reflect the dated snapshot, not a live query.
Listings are read from the source, normalised and checked on a weekly cycle. A failed source check alone does not mark a listing as delisted.
