3. Pay monthly
The agreed monthly fee starts after the first 30 days. The licence runs month to month, with 30 days’ notice to end it.

Pricing questions.
Which plan do we need?
The plan follows the number of listings in the area you want to show. Check your market for the count, or ask us and we will measure your exact cities and ZIP codes with your sample.
Can we start with one city?
Yes. The City plan covers one city, town or small state (up to 5,000 listings). Add markets later and your plan moves up; nothing changes without your agreement.
What if our area grows past the plan?
No overage charges and no surprise bills. If your area grows more than 20% past its plan, we tell you and agree the next plan at renewal.
Can we cancel during the free period?
Yes. Under the standard terms, either party can end the licence by written notice during the free period, with immediate effect. You must remove the listings from display within seven days. Read the full terms →
Do you offer annual or nonprofit pricing?
Annual plans include two months free. Public housing programmes and nonprofits get 20% off. Prices exclude VAT and any applicable taxes.

From property managers and owners: the rentals they publish on their own websites, not portal listings. How we source and update listings →
Can we pay per listing instead of a monthly plan?
Yes. The same feed runs self-serve as an API on Apify, priced per listing returned, for a prototype, an agent or a small area you query on demand. The plans on this page are for a product that keeps a whole area in sync: they include the files, the weekly change sets, a scope measured for you, support from a person and custom work where you need it, with no per-listing charges.
