Pricing

Pricing built around your coverage.

Every Display Feed is scoped around the markets you need, the listings available there, and how they'll be used in your product. Tell us what you're building and we'll work out the right coverage and commercial setup with you.

We'll usually come back with coverage, a sample and next steps within one business day.

What we can build

Start with one market. Cover multiple states. Go nationwide.

Start with one market

Need rentals for Austin, Miami or another metro? We can supply just that geography and expand later.

Cover a region or the US

Build around multiple metros, states or nationwide coverage in one normalised feed.

Need something we don't cover yet?

Tell us the market. We can look at extending the feed, including markets outside the US.

What determines the setup

We look at four things.

A marketplace covering one city needs something different from a national housing product. We scope the feed with you, show you the available inventory, and agree on a licence that fits how you intend to use it.

FAQ

Pricing and setup questions

How is pricing determined?

On the markets you need, the inventory available there, the usage rights your product requires and the scale of the deployment. We scope it with you and put a licence around it; there is no fixed price sheet because no two products need the same coverage.

Can we start with one market?

Yes. Many partners start with one or a few markets and expand later. Added markets arrive in the same schema, usually the same week.

Can you add a market you don't currently cover?

Potentially. Tell us the market and what you are building; we assess what can be collected there and come back with an honest answer on coverage and timing.

Can you cover countries outside the US?

The Display Feed is currently US-focused. We are open to building coverage elsewhere and treat every international request as a market signal: tell us the country or cities.

Can we test the data first?

Yes. We normally send real sample records and coverage numbers for your market before agreeing on the commercial setup, and the first 30 days after you decide to integrate are free.

Do you offer nationwide coverage?

Yes. Nationwide US coverage is one normalised feed with weekly refreshes; it is scoped and priced on the volume and the rights you need.

What does the licence let us do?

Display the listings and photos in your website or app, index and search them, rank and recommend them, and store them in your systems. In return you attribute the source, link back to the original listing, route enquiries to the source and remove records when they leave the feed.
