What we can help with

• A sample for your market. Tell us your cities and what you are building; a real export follows within one business day. Or use the form.
• Display Feed licence. Scope, cadence, order form, and the standard terms.
• Data API. Getting started, higher limits, bulk exports for research and internal use.
• Source requests and takedowns. A market we are thin in, a source you want excluded, or a listing to remove.
• Anything else. Questions, feedback, or a data request under our privacy policy.

Who is behind this

HousingFeed is built and run by Iron, an independent founder in the Netherlands. It exists because rental inventory that a new housing product is allowed to show had no clean home: portals guard theirs, and property managers publish on thousands of separate websites and dozens of leasing platforms. HousingFeed reads those sources directly, keeps them current, and licenses the result.

The company behind it is Simple Studio B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands. That is the entity you contract with, that invoices you, and that signs a Display Feed licence.

That size is a feature for you as a customer: no sales layer, no ticket queue. When you email, the person who built the system reads it and replies, usually within one business day. If you need a market or a source family we do not have yet, say so. The roadmap is driven by exactly those emails.
