Short version: the listings we serve contain no personal data, we use cookieless analytics, and we set no tracking cookies. The only personal data we ever hold is an email you choose to give us, and you can have it deleted with one message.

HousingFeed is operated by its founder from the Netherlands and is the controller for any personal data described on this page. For anything privacy-related, email hello@housingfeed.com, it goes straight to the person who runs the product.
HousingFeed aggregates rental listings from public property platforms and portals. Every record is about a property, not a person: address, rent, bedrooms, size, availability, a source URL, and a scrape timestamp. We do not collect or store landlord, agent, or applicant names, phone numbers, or email addresses. This is enforced at the schema level, our unified listing schema has no field for personal contact data, so it cannot flow through the pipeline.
If you nonetheless believe a specific record identifies you personally (for example, a listing for a room in your own home), email us the listing URL and we will remove it from the feed.

We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we never use your data for anything beyond what is listed above.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. The live-chat widget (Crisp) sets a functional cookie strictly to keep your conversation attached to you, nothing more; if you never use the chat, ignore it or block it, the site works fine.
A small set of services process data on our behalf, each under its own GDPR-compliant terms: Netlify (hosting, US), Formspree (form delivery, US), Crisp (chat, EU), Simple Analytics (analytics, EU), Supabase (listings database, no personal data), and Apify (API runtime). Where a processor is outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent. One email to hello@housingfeed.com does it, we reply within a business day and act within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
