Every HousingFeed listing has the same fields: address and coordinates, rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, photos, description, the listing's source URL, a stable id and when it was first seen and last verified.
The sample endpoint, the MCP sample search and the Data API return listings in this shape. Every field can be null; a field the source does not publish stays null rather than guessed.
