GET /api/v1/feed/changes returns the rental listings added, changed and removed since the previous weekly version, so an app stays in sync without re-reading its whole file.

| change | What to do |
|---|---|
added | Insert the listing. |
changed | Replace the listing by uid; fields names what changed. |
removed | The source stopped publishing it. Take it off display. |
Changes are computed between two complete weekly versions, so a removal is a confirmed removal, never the result of a failed or partial read.
