Which of our listings do you include?
Rentals you publish yourself: the vacancy pages on your own website and the public listing pages your property management software creates for you. Nothing behind a login, and no tenant or applicant information.
How do our listings appear in other products?
With your listing details, photos and description as you published them, and a link to your own listing page. Our licence requires every customer to credit the publishing manager and send enquiries to your listing, so renters contact you, not us.
How do we remove our listings?
Email hello@housingfeed.com with your company name or the listing links. We remove them from every feed within seven days, and our licence requires customers to take them down within seven days of our update. You can also remove a single listing the same way.
We want our vacancies in more places. Can we add them?
Yes. Email hello@housingfeed.com with your website. We include your public listings and keep them current every week, at no cost to you.
Do you sell renters' or tenants' data?
No. We handle listing information only: the unit, the rent, the photos and the description you published.
